Federal and Provincial Governments cooperatively developed the comprehensive legislation labeled the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act and Regulations (TDG). The Act and Regulations apply to all modes of transport and to all persons involved in the handling, transporting and offering for transport of dangerous goods.
